Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll gladly send a replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
